Learn from my mistakes.
It really shows that you’re a real person and you have more to offer than what can be shown on just a one page resume, or even a basic resume-type of webpage.It’s a snapshot of you over time and it makes it clear that you’re a real person who does quality work repeatedly, not just a semi-spammy webpage owner full of random click-bait “trying to be viral” stolen content, which there’s so much of on the internet.
There can be a lot of that to wade through when opportunity-givers are looking for someone who’s an expert on a certain subject and they will be so refreshed to see a real person with real thoughts with a blog like yours!.You never know who’s watching.And those opportunity-givers?
You’re going to think they’re never there.You’re going to think that only a handful of people are ever looking at your site and that most of them are probably just your mom.
Until one day you get an email… and then another one.
And you see that people with amazing opportunities and offers for someone like you have been popping into your site all along!Next to the living room, you can see we have a bit more going on in the dining room, which I’ll be sharing tomorrow, so make sure to check back for that!.
Chris just installed a new door in here (where we hang our advent calendar every year) and really beautiful new trim and the cats have pretty much destroyed it already as you might be able to see.That’s life with pets!.
I have a little tradition of going out to the back yard to clip some greenery to use in the house at Christmastime.I used to make a huge mess, but I’m getting better at knowing what types of greenery are better for which types of applications now and I’ll be talking about that a bit tomorrow as well so make sure you come back to see me tomorrow morning if that’s something you’d like to know a little more about..
